This group assists Jade behind the scenes in running the sim and making decisions. Communication within this group is an essential requirement. Any member of this group can speak for Jade or make executive decisions if necessary, but group discussion is otherwise required prior to making major decisions.

This group is run under the direct supervision of and answers to Jade Steele

- Must be a regular and active participant in the RP and the Sim Manager forum.
- Has estate manager privileges in all sims.
- Should be familiar with all aspects of the RP, Midian sim RP history/development and the needed long-time practical experience to go back find a solution difficult cases that may be passed on for their final say.
- Oversees and has final approval for any major sim wide story that is likely to have a profound effect on the overall story, build, etc.
- May overrule any GM or DM decision if needed.
- Should operate as a group as much as possible
- Their word as a group counts equal to that of the sim owner.
